Back when EverNatal was just a twinkle in our eyes, our mission was to create a magically high-quality supplement.

- That had the best-quality ingredient form
- In optimal doses
- Does exactly what you need it to do: support preconception health; support both a healthy pregnancy and maternal health, and support lactation.

We know it’s what is on the inside that counts. No sneaky small fonts here.

We are proud to say our EverNatal has a high amount of choline + methyl-folate.

We were fed up with all prenatals not being quite ‘enough’. Having to take more and more supplements on top because the targets weren’t met.

There is absolutely no cutting corners when it comes to the health and development of babies, so we use the best in science, both forms and dosages.

Many supplement companies pop ingredients in just for the sake of it. So that it’s written on the bottle and they’ve ticked a box. But we aren’t doing that.

If it’s on our label, it's going to do something. Because frankly? You don’t want to just make expensive urine.

Dosage:

2 capsules daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Why we don't use folic acid...

It’s all good news here. EverNatal is:

Where’s the Iron?

You are probably thinking “don’t pregnant women need extra iron?” And yes, some do. And some don’t. The amount of iron needed varies for each person.

Iron is a nutrient better taken on it's own. Within the gut, iron and zinc can limit absorption of one another. So why would we want both of those together in EverNatal? We see too many women who have low iron in pregnancy and despite taking their prenatal vitamins diligently, their iron level keeps dropping.

We know things have to be different.

We also recommend taking only as much as you need (some mamas do not need extra iron) as providing too much supplemental iron when not required can generate oxidative stress and inflammation. Study links here and here.

If you do need an iron supplement, see our gut-loving IronBiotic here.

Other big questions you might have on your mind >

More than 1 in 3 people have difficulty using Folic Acid in their body, due to a common genetic variant (known as the MTHFR gene). To avoid this problem we use Methyl-Folate, bioavailable and highly absorbable, and it’s in EverNatal.

Right here in Australia - in sunny Queensland.

In postpartum the most likely nutrients to drop in the postpartum period are iron, zinc, magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B9, iodine, selenium and DHA. A breastfeeding mother is especially at risk.

EverNatal helps prevent dietary B12, folate, zinc, iodine, selenium deficiency.

See our postpartum webinar where we go through postpartum supplementation.

Likely yes it can! Completely harmless - the effect of having high-dose B Vitamins.

Separate the capsules, and have them at whatever time in the day you feel least sickest. After your biggest meal of the day is recommended.

If you struggle swallowing capsules, you can also open the capsules and pour them into any foods/liquids.

We suggest taking this three months prior to conceiving.

EverNatal is designed to be taken throughout pregnancy and during breastfeeding. It is important to continue taking a prenatal supplement as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Yes IN the same day, but it’s best not at the same time of day.

You may like to take your EverNatal morning and lunch, and your IronBiotic right before bedtime. Keeping it on your bedside table helps to remember it!

It is 100% vegan. No animal products of any kind.

It is also allergen free, meaning no tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and gluten. It is also free of GMOs, artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, and other additives and fillers.

Girl of course - we only use the best activated B Vitamins. If you want to know more about MTHFR gene, read our blog post.

Yes it is, designed for exactly this season in your life. For more resources for pregnancy and breastfeeding, check out our resources page.

It is not recommended to take multiple prenatal supplements at once, as this can lead to an excess of certain nutrients. If you are already taking a prenatal supplement, speak to your healthcare provider before adding EverNatal to your regime.
