Try to avoid taking it with caffeine, tea, calcium and zinc supplements. Read our blog post on how to maximise your iron absorption.

Yes in the same day, but it’s best not at the same time of day. Separating them will increase their absorption. You may like to take your EverNatal morning and lunch, and your IronBiotic right before bedtime. Keeping it on your bedside table helps to remember it!

When it comes to taking your IronBiotic supplement, there are certain things you should avoid in order to ensure optimal absorption. One of the key things to steer clear of is caffeine, as it can interfere with the body's ability to absorb iron. Similarly, tea, calcium supplements, and zinc supplements can also inhibit iron absorption and should be avoided when taking iron supplements. If you're not sure how to properly take your iron supplement, we highly recommend checking out our blog post on the topic, which covers all the important details on how to take iron correctly for maximum benefits.

Best iron supplement ever. I have tried a few but this is the only one I will ever ever use now. Have recommended this to everyone I talk to who needs more iron.

I have been using chemist brought Iron tablets for year and still felt dizy low on iron, then I found this! Within the 2nd week I felt an amazing difference, I have been on it for about 6 months and have never felt dizzy since!

Non-constipating & really works to keep my Fe components up.

honestly amazing!

I’m honestly so impressed! I’ve always had iron/ferritin deficiency and being in my third trimester certainly wasn’t helping. I took 2 Ironbiotic tablets every second day religiously for 2 weeks and my ferritin raised from 17 to 58! I’ve had no horrible side effects that I’ve struggled with before either. Couldn’t recommend this product any more

It seems to be helping !

My doctor was concerned about my iron levels (too low after menopause) and asked me to take a doctor recommended iron supplement. I did and my iron levels dropped even further. I then decided to take matters in my own hands and found the IronBiotic from the Natal Naturopath as well as natural, organic beef liver capsules. I took all these supplements as recommended and now, three months later, my iron levels have improved. The ferritin still needs to go higher but it also has improved from my last blood test. My doctor said I should continue with what I am doing and I will certainly do that. I don't have any issues with both the supplements, no stomach pain or anything. I just re-ordered the IronBiotic recently and will also get more of the beef liver soon.
